This project was a verge repair due to strong winds. Re run this verge in sand and cement

Client's Challenge

GPM was called out to this client after a storm caused damage to their roof.

GPM attended the clients property the very next day to assess the damage and give the client our quote. After our inspection, we found the gable verge tiling had become very loose and tiles were missing.

GPM Roofing Solution

GPM made the clients aware of the issue and suggested a new verge was needed to stop any more damage.

We made the site safe by erecting scaffolding for safe access.

We removed all verge tiles in preparation for new verge.
GPM installed new cement fibre undercloaks and re bed the verge back on in sand abd vents a 3:1 mix to match existing verge.

The client was very happy with our finished project and speed of the repair.

For this large project in Brentwood we used over 7000 plain tiles to complete this project with new velux windows installed all verges cemented and a matching lower bay and bonnets
