New Roof in Rush Green

Complete new roof with new breathable felt and batten, Sandtoft 15x9 interlocking tiles, new white UPVC fascia and soffits with new OG guttering.

Client's Challenge

This client rang GPM to get a quote and advice on a new roof. We arrived at the clients property and discussed the roofing works needed, the options and samples was seen. The client picked a lovely grey Sandtoft 15×9 tile and an Ogee guttering system for this project.

GPM Roofing Solution

This end terrace property was stripped back to rafters in preparation for the new roof.
We installed breathable felt membrane and treated 25×38 batten. We then installed the tiles to the roof with the bonus of interlocking with the neighbours roof. The gable end consisted of 2 verges which had new undercloaks installed and was bedded on in sand and cement.

The ridge was bedded on in sand and cement in the same matching grey ridges.

This project was finished off with a lovely white UPVC fascia, soffit and even better black Ogee guttering system.
The client was very impressed with the final result.

This client in collier row wanted to keep there old tiles, so we stripped the roof installed new breathable felt new 25x38mm treated batten. Re installed original tiles. We replaced the old fascias and soffits with new UPVC fascia soffits and guttering.
