Client's Challenge
The client contacted us with he’s architectural drawings for this new build project in wickford. We was very excited to work on this project with the detail and natural materials being used.
We brought samples of slates with us for the client to choose from and after consideration the client chose the Spanish slate for this project. He was happy with our professionalism and honesty and accepted our quote for the works to commence.
GPM Roofing Solution
GPM started this project with a 3 Layer felt gulley system to the bottom of the roof this gulley was to take alot of water dispersing from the main roof.
GPM then installed new breathable felt membrane and battened the entire project with 25×50 treated batten. Natural Spanish slate was installed to this project with all valleys and hips hand cut along with code 5 leadwork through out. Grey concrete modern ridge was used to finish this amazing project. Another happy client.
