Client's Challenge
We was called out to this client because of a poorly laid flatroof by the previous builder in which it was leaking into the clients kitchen.
After our inspection we found the flatroof itself was failing in several places and had very little insulation due to poor workmanship. GPM explained to the client that a new flatroof was needed due to the reasons given, he was happy to go ahead and stay dry after the works are completed.
GPM Roofing Solution
GPM stripped the failing flatroof up exposing the roof rafters. We installed new rockwall insulation before the installation of the new OSB boards.
GPM then installed a 3 layer torch on system to the entire flatroof space in a charcoal grey colour. The client was very pleased with the finished project and the 5 year guarantee on all our flatroofs.
