New 3 Layer torch on system for this flat roof project in Billericay

Client's Challenge

The client got in touch with us regarding there leaking flatroof, after our inspection we discovered the felt had perished away due to its age. We caught this flatroof earlier enough as the leak had not damage the exsisting boards.

GPM Roofing Solution

GPM stripped up the old flatroof felt to expose the original boards, we then installed 2 Layers of torch on underlay to this project with a top Layer of grey mineral finish to complete this project.

The client was very pleased with the outcome and now could park he’s vintage car back in the garage nice and dry.

This project in Brentwood needed new verges installed due to the cement work was dying and crumbling. We took off the old verges install new batten and undercloaks and re installed the verge tiles with sand and cement.

Tiling in Harold Hill

This project was in Harold hill. Complete new roof stripped back to rafters. New breathable felt and batten with new sandtoft 15x9 tiles which matching ridge to complete this project

Asbestos Removal and Concrete Tiles

This project in collier row consisted of removal of asbestos sheets which was conducted by a certified asbestos company. We installed new timbers for extra support and installed new breathable felt and batten and tiled with brown sandtoft concrete tiles. Ridges and verges all cemented and pointed.

Roof Tiling in Brentwood

For this large project in Brentwood we used over 7000 plain tiles to complete this project with new velux windows installed all verges cemented and a matching lower bay and bonnets
