Client's Challenge
GPM was called out to this client because the client spotted looses tiles on he’s verge, after taking a visit to site to diagnose the issue we found the verges where deteriorating from the cement work crumbling through years of weather and the battens had rotted away.
GPM Roofing Solution
We explained to the client that new verges where needed, which consisted of supplying scaffolding for safe access, taking off all old verge tiles and undercloak tiles.
We installed new batten and undercloaks in preparation for the cement works.
We re-bedded each verge tile back on with sand and cement 3:1 mix.
We finished the project with polishing up the cement to produce a very nice finish for this client.
