This project was in Harold hill. Complete new roof stripped back to rafters. New breathable felt and batten with new sandtoft 15x9 tiles which matching ridge to complete this project

Client's Challenge

This client contacted GPM due to there out building flatroof leaking in several places, after our inspection we found the flatroof was failing and needed to be replaced. We gave the client options of EPDM rubber roof or a 3 Layer torch on system the client was happy with the 3 Layer torch on system for this project.

GPM Roofing Solution

GPM took there entire old flatroof up including the boards to expose the rafter joists, we installed new OSB boards and new aris rails in preparation for the new flatroof. GPM installed a new 3 Layer torch on system with a grey mineral finish with all drips and upstands done in a grey mineral finish too.

Asbestos Removal and Concrete Tiles

This project in collier row consisted of removal of asbestos sheets which was conducted by a certified asbestos company. We installed new timbers for extra support and installed new breathable felt and batten and tiled with brown sandtoft concrete tiles. Ridges and verges all cemented and pointed.
