Extension Roof in Billericay

New front extension in Billericay for this project. New breathable felt and batten. New concrete tiles. And new leadwork to complete this project.

Client's Challenge

This client had a new front porch built and we was contacted to do the tiled roof, the client chose a lovely brown granular Sandtoft tile after we showed them several samples.

GPM Roofing Solution

GPM started this project with new breathable felt membrane and eave guard, we set out our batten to the correct gauge for Sandtoft tiles.

All tiles were installed, with a code 4 lead flashing to the side and rear wall. The client and ourselves were very happy with the outcome of this project.
