For this crown roof project in Chelmsford we installed grey market plain tiles with matching bonnets all pointed in with Sand and cement

Client's Challenge

We were contacted by this client as they had a new kitchen extension built and wanted ideas for the crown roof, we suggested grey plain Marley tiles with matching bonnets for this project.

GPM Roofing Solution

GPM installed a new code 4 lead flashing to the perimeter of the crown roof, breathable felt membrane and treated 25×38 batten all set out at the correct gauge to incorporate the bonnet tiles. GPM installed grey Marley tiles with the hips all being machine cut to match the bonnets this project turned out excellent for this satisfied client.

This client in collier row wanted to keep there old tiles, so we stripped the roof installed new breathable felt new 25x38mm treated batten. Re installed original tiles. We replaced the old fascias and soffits with new UPVC fascia soffits and guttering.
